Terms & Conditions
1. If you are not pleased with your purchased item, MobilePro will offer an exchange or refund period of 14 days upon receipt of your item from MobilePro.
2. We do require you to cover the postage or courier cost for returning the item.
3. All items are to be returned in their original, unused condition, with all the original packaging and the MobilePro tag still in place.
4. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted on any sale items unless the goods are faulty.
5. Great care has been taken to ensure that the items of the highest quality are delivered to you. If, however, there appears to be an oversight on our behalf, we will gladly offer an exchange or refund. However, an image of the faulty item must be emailed (see contact details) within 24 hours of receiving the item.
6. If goods are to be refunded, the amount will be credited into your bank account via EFT with 5-7 working days.
7. Please note, wear-and-tear on any item, will not be considered as damage or considered faulty for return or exchange.
